"I came to FBOE to do something different. Roger told me about it. He told me to come try it out, and so I did. If you come and do what they say, it helps you find jobs in the community. You just have to come and listen to what they have to say because they have good information."

"One thing I learned from the program is about being a man, I learned a lot about God and that anything is possible. You can talk to him about stuff and put your problems in God's hands, and he will deal with it and help you through it."

-Antonio (Wants to play football at college and, later, be a coach and help kids)

"I've been through a lot of stuff since I've been with this program, and it got me over a lot of stuff - a lot of obstacles in my life. When I first came in, I was bouncing from job to job. Now, I've been on my job successfully for like a year now. There have been a lot of issues with management and me; elarning these soft skills at the program has kept me at my job through knowing how to handle situations better. I would recommend it to anybody."

-Dalano (Works for 7UP-DrPepper, has a young child, and got married in September of 2011)

"Trouble in my life made me ask for help, and my past continues to be a barrier as I move forward. I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life, but I knew I needed to do something different. I learned that a quick life and fast life don't last long. I am going to use my second chance to help others."
